Wanted to replace my old Metcons with a new pair, loved the black/white/crimson colored ones. They do fit a little snug and narrow. I bought the 7s and they fit comfortably but just a little tight might need to break them in or wear a less of thicker sock. Other than that, perfect strength training. I would recommend going a half size up.
